

Technological advancements are increasing the proliferation of information and competition into more and more areas of our lives. In this environment, a small number of us appear to thrive and flourish. For many however, juggling the many varied demands on our time can be challenging, stressful and even debilitating.
The increasing pressure to ‘sell more’, ‘make fewer errors’, ‘increase margins’, ‘cut wastage’ and generally ‘do better’, does seem to make sense. However, it is only part of the picture. Managing these demands over time requires a deep strength and flexibility of spirit.

The programmes have been designed on the assumption that, somehow most of us have ‘sleep walked’ our way into the left hand column. The FTB course will create a ‘breathing space’ to allow you to address your personal balance by encouraging a reintegration with the elements in the right hand column.
