Finding The Balance

A unique learning experience to help you be fulfilled at work, at home, and all aspects of life

We live at a time of rapid change and exponential growth, of diminishing trust in a great many of our major institutions and their leaders, of abundance for some and poverty for too many. We also live at a time of great opportunity. Harnessing this opportunity requires a commitment to new ways of being; ‘being’ our self and ‘being’ in relation to others.

The prevailing leadership paradigm is no longer sustainable. Individuals leading the most successful organisations and communities of the future will pursue change in themselves as the primary stimulus for transformation around them. Life within these institutions can then be both deeply fulfilling in the moment and sustainable over time.

Balance is the key to success in this new paradigm. Understanding its dynamic nature and harnessing its potential is the natural course to sustainable leadership.

What is Finding The Balance?

A two day learning experience hosted by The Wizards Network which helps you to access your own, personal balance and your own unique ways of connecting with it, allowing you to be more fulfilled at work, at home and all aspects of life.

The experience is based around five key principles: freeing, aligning, focusing, sensing and being.

Why take part?

Anxiety and stress is a result of literally being ‘fragmented’. When the different aspects of ‘our self’ are integrated and aligned, we are in balance.

When we are in balance, we are then congruent and authentic. This allows us to become truly excellent leaders of great authenticity, depth and integrity.

Finding The Balance integrates the wisdom of ancient arts and modern science to help you understand and experience a dynamic alignment of mind, body and soul.

You will learn:

This simple but challenging path allows you to lead from a place of integrity and to establish sustainable dialogue and partnership, to become a more integrated (whole) person, better able to act for the greater good.

Who Should Join the Programme?

The course is designed for individuals from all disciplines of corporate life and is open to a maximum of 24 participants. We are in discussion with a number of organisations to create bespoke tailored programmes.
